Mater Medical Centre is part of the Mater Private Hospital complex, located next door on Vulture Street, and connected through to the hospital on level 6.

Our rooms are half-way along the corridor of Level 7.

The Mater Hospitals operate several parking stations but the closest is underneath the building, and accessed from Vulture Street. The hospital charges fees for parking.

Our building can also be accessed from The Mater Hill Busway, with an entry adjacent to the south-bound platform on Stanley Street.

The Southbank train station is a short walk east, along Stanley Street (about 5 minutes).

Directions to Mater Medical Centre rooms

The Mater Medical Centre building is part of the Mater Hospitals complex in South Brisbane. It is located on Vulture Street, next to the Mater Private Hospital, and the new Ronald McDonald House (highrise). The building also has access from Stanley Street, next to the south bound bus platform, and across the road from the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital.

Parking is available in the Vulture Street carpark, which is under our building at 293 Vulture Street. Simply enter the lift to level 7.

There is also parking in the Water Street carpark, which connects through to the Mater Private Hospital at Level 6, and then links to our building, past the pharmacy and Chloe’s Coffee Shop. It is a short walk to the Hancock Street carpark, which is next to the public hospital.

(If a full sign is displayed, you can still enter the carparks, attempt to find a space but if you are not successful, simply press the buzzer on exiting, and the attendants will let you out without charge.)

Bus: Mater Hill busway runs at the bottom of the building (adjacent to the south bound platform side) on Stanley Street. The entrance into our building is up a few steps located at the northern end of the southbound platform.

Train: It is a short walk from the Southbank train station, east along Vulture Street into Stanley Street, to enter building near busway on left side of street.
